      Revise-On
     Powdery product to be reconstituted with patient’s blood once clotting has taken place.
     Blood is collected from patient during early stages of operation and left to stand for
      5-10 minutes to form fibrin clot.
     For every 2g of bone powder 1ml of blood fibrin will be used e.g.
      for a 10g bottle of Revise-On 5ml of blood fibrin will be used.
     Mix the measured amount of fibrin thoroughly into bone powder to form putty.
     It is now ready to use.
     
image-2         Fuse-On
     Powdery product to be reconstituted with patient’s own blood once clotting has taken place.
•     Blood is collected from patient during early stages of operation and left to stand for
      5-10 minutes to form fibrin clot.
     When bone graft is needed by surgeon, use spoon included in packaging, to measure
      required amount of blood fibrin.
     For every 2g of bone powder, 1ml of blood fibrin will be used e.g.
      4g bottle of Fuse-On 2ml (2 spoons) of blood fibrin will be used.
     Mix the measured amount of fibrin thoroughly into bone powder to form putty.
     It is now ready to use.
     
image-3         Cross linked Collagen DBM Syringes
     Collagen bone syringes to be kept frozen until shortly before use, to protect DBM from
      enzymatic degradation.
     For best results, remove syringe from deep freeze about 30 minutes before it is
      required for use by surgeon. Leave to thaw gradually at room temperature.
     Preferably do not defrost by immersion in hot water, as this may reduce the inductive
      potential of the demineralised matrix (DBM) contained in graft.
     
image-4         Soft Tissue Allograft
      Please note that it is recommened to immerse soft tissue allograft in following
      solution for 15-30 minutes before use:
      500ml sterile water containing 2g Cloxicillin or 1g Augmentin.
     This should be followed by sterile water rinse before implantation.
     
image-5         Lyophilised Cartilage
      NB: 24-48 hour rehydration required before use
     Remove cartilage from inner packet under sterile conditions and place carefully into
      bottle containing 500cc sterile, distilled water containing 1g Kefzol or 80mg Gentamycin.
     Replace the cap and leave in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
     
image-6         Collagenous Tissue Matrix
•     Open peel pouch and remove graft from packaging.
     Place tissue in dish containing at least 100ml of rehydration fluid, inside a sterile field.
     Rehydration fluid: sterile saline, water or sterile Ringers solution.
•     Submerge tissue completely and soak for 15 minutes.
     When collagenous tissue matrix is fully rehydrated, it is soft and pliable.
     At this stage, it is ready for application to surgical site.
     Warming the saline to room temperature will help tissue to rehydrate.
     Do not heat the saline above 37°C.
     
image-7         Demineralised Blocks or Matchsticks
     Open peel pouch and remove graft from packaging.
     Place tissue in dish containing at least 100ml of rehydration fluid, inside a sterile field.
     Rehydration fluid: sterile saline, water or sterile Ringers solution.
     Graft can also be rehydrated using patient’s own blood.
     Submerge tissue completely and soak for 15 minutes.
     When graft matrix is fully rehydrated, it is soft and pliable.
     At this stage, it is ready for application to surgical site.
     Warming the saline to room temperature will help tissue to rehydrate faster.
     Do not, however, heat the saline above 37°C
     
image-8         Demineralised Femoral Cortical Strut
     Remove femoral cortical strut from inner packet under sterile conditions and place carefully into
      bottle containing 500cc sterile, distilled water containing 1g Kefzol or 80mg Gentamycin.
     Replace the cap and leave in the refrigerator for a minimum 12 hrs.
